Condition 1
SUMA is an authorized distributor of CLARO NICARAGUA in the business lines of Prepaid, Postpaid and Fixed Services (Internet, Cable and Home Phone, commonly known as Casa Claro). In turn, it is authorized to directly collect payment of Claro invoices (fixed services) in cash at the store or through bank transfer, as well as being an intermediary with clients to collaborate in the management of advance rent payments, guarantee deposits and/or of debt settlements, which apply for the contracting of telephony, cable or internet plans through SUMA. These funds will be deposited by SUMA in a CLARO Service Center (CAC). It should be noted that, failing that, the client can make the payment directly at a CAC and provide to SUMA with the receipt, prior to contracting CLARO services through SUMA.
Condition 2
All CLARO products and services, distributed by SUMA, are marketed according to policies, conditions and offers established by CLARO NICARAGUA, in force at the time of purchase or contracting by the client, which can be viewed directly on the CLARO NICARAGUA website. Under no circumstances will SUMA make or require additional charges to the client on the conditions established by CLARO, whether they are telephone recharges or rentals (monthly payments) of telephone, cable or internet plans.
Condition 3
The services are offered and activated, according to technical availability and response times established by CLARO, for example, up to 72 hours from the signing of a Postpaid or Casa Claro contract, however, SUMA will do everything possible to guarantee efficiency and quality of attention to our clients.
Condition 4
In the event of any type of claim during the process of activating CLARO services, through SUMA, we recommend that our clients use our customer service channels (store or executive who assisted them), although you can also do so directly at a CLARO Service Center and this will manage with SUMA the corresponding administrative tasks, to provide you with an answer as soon as possible.
Condition 5
The equipment marketed by SUMA as Smartphones and Routers, have a factory warranty and its term is variable, so this will be informed by the seller to the customer and must be reflected in their purchase invoice. CLARO Smartphones have a new courtesy SIMCard and a one-year factory warranty, so that, if it becomes effective, it will be executed in accordance with the technical service conditions of the CLARO support workshop.
