SUMA is a private company incorporated in Nicaragua with the objective of marketing products and services for mass consumption, it began in December 2021 as an Authorized Distributor of CLARO, in the lines of Prepaid, Postpaid and Internet, cable and home telephony services (Casa Claro).

Our approach is based on guaranteeing excellent customer service, providing technical advice with empathy and responsibility, as well as post-sale follow-up that allows us to know first-hand the experience and expectations of our customers, to build long-term relationships, just as we try to implement them with our business allies and commercial counterparts.

Our Headquarters is located in Barrio Campo Bruce, where we have a CLARO Store, where our customers can buy equipment, recharge Claro balance time or activated packages, as well as hire postpaid telephony plans and individual, double or triple Casa Claro plans, it is worth mentioning that these plans can also be hired from the comfort of your home or office, since we have a call center team and another house-to-house sales team in Managua and its municipalities.
